Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our GPT Boost product, but only if all setup steps are completed within 24 hours of purchase.
This includes:
Providing access to your website URL and sitemap
Placing the tag/script we provide on your site
Responding to onboarding emails as needed
Refunds will only be granted if we fail to complete the service (i.e. submission and optimization of your website's structured data). If both parties fulfill their responsibilities and your site is successfully submitted and verified with Bing/GPT systems, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be provided.GPT Boost provides structured data to help AI platforms find and display your business, but we cannot guarantee exact outcomes from ChatGPT, Bing, or any third-party service. Indexing timelines are outside our control.

Cancelation Policy
If you are subscribed to an ongoing service, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations after a service cycle has begun will apply to the next cycle. Due to the cost of hosting, inference, and AI usage, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
